The challenge


Set up standard operating rhythm and rigour to ensure flow of communication, escalation of issues and decision making including: weekly management calls, monthly highlight reports, 1:1s for all direct reports, executive dashboard. Set up CRM tool for all healthcare division businesses. Consulted on 5 year forecasts, business plans, workforce planning and incentive initiatives. With the management team, built and implemented 6 month programme plan for the four businesses within Saga Healthcare with standard programme management measures (risk/issues register, milestone setting etc.). Project managed formal transfer of businesses (including the production of a business transfer agreement and transitional services agreement) Built on the programme Management rigour and structure by implementing: Internal programme Review meetings scheduled weekly to review projects and businesses performance with executive team Project Toolkit for use on all projects including: GANTT chart, Highlight reports, executive dashboard, Risks & Issues log
